The owner, Marlon, was fantastic all week long during our recent trip to Orlando. He is friendly, on time, professional and was an all around pleasure. I would highly recommend his car service to anyone needing a ride or several rides (like we did). On the rare occasion he was unavailable, he had other drivers fill in and they were just as equally friendly and professional. Amazed by this black car service! I don't ever really write reviews for services, but I just had to write about my experience with Kingdom Car because it was one of the best rides I've ever had. The driver, Marlon, arrived right on time with all the accommodations we had requested beforehand. He was very friendly and made sure my friends and I reached our destination safely and on time. Will definitely be booking with them again.

My driver, Isabel, was very professional and sweet, communication was on point and just an overall great person/driver. Kingdom Car Service is the best! Isabel and Marlon were amazing to work with and were there for my family when we needed them. Our original arrival time at the train station was scheduled for 11am, but after many hours of broken down service with Amtrak, we didn't arrive until 2am! Isabel and Marlon communicated with me throughout the day with our delays and were there to pick us up when we finally arrived. I definitely recommend using them and we will be calling them next time we are in the area!

We had such a crazy trip from DC to MCO, but Marlon and Leslie at Kingdom Car Service were just exceptional. They were touching base with us when our flight was rerouted to Charlotte, and were always in touch when we landed and very easy to find. The car was just as amazing, and the car seats were very clean. We got cold water bottles and after a long night of travel it was just what we needed! Thank you, Marlon and Leslie, we will continue to use you all whenever we come to Disney!!!
We used Kingdom Car Service for transport from MCO airport to Disney. They provide private, round trip transportation. We highly recommend this company. The owners were personable on the phone and were very responsive when we communicated prior to our trip. They day we flew from Nashville to Orlando was the day the FAA had a massive system failure. Our flight was delayed… Then our southwest plane had an issue with the engine which further delayed our trip. They kept up with us by text and were reassuring when we were beyond stressed. Our driver, Rafael, was waiting for us with a sign. We had a lot of luggage and he was very helpful with getting the luggage to the vehicle. The SUV was very nice and most importantly very clean. They had a car seat already installed for my daughter so we didn’t have to worry about packing it. It was also very clean. Rafael had Disney music playing in the background which was nice given we were going to Disney! The service provided a stop at Publix so we could pick up some groceries for our stay. The ride was smooth and my kids fell right to sleep. We had a mix up on resort Wilderness Lodge vs Fort Wilderness Cabins… Rafael remained patient and did not rush us. My mother in law was impressed by his driving skills and the fact that he used his blinker every time he turned. I admit I can be very hard to please. The cost seemed a little expensive at first but after the experience I believe it was worth every penny. It is much better having private transport than public. There is nothing I can complain about! We will use Kingdom Car Service again in the future!

Their warm customer service and family oriented business was refreshing! Highly recommend and we will use anytime we’re in Orlando.
